- Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- We make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions are accurate. If an error is found, we’ll contact you before fulfilling your order.

- Payment is processed securely through Stripe, which accepts major debit/credit cards and other methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, pricing is incorrect, or in cases of suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Ireland to addresses in Ireland and Europe.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Ireland: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on your location.
- We are not responsible for postal delays or customs-related issues outside our control.
6. Returns and Cancellations

Right to Cancel (EU “Cooling Off” Period)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your book, for any reason.
To do so:
- Email us at [your email address] within 14 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to cancel.
- Return the book to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us.
- Once we receive it, we’ll refund the purchase price (excluding the original postage) to your original payment method.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Books that have been read, marked, or damaged by the customer.
- Digital downloads (if you ever offer e-books).
- Books returned after the 14-day period.
7. Faulty or Damaged Books
If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address], including your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace the book or issue a full refund (including postage).
8. Privacy
Your personal data is processed only for order fulfillment and customer service.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
